Thanks Tom. Belated condolences to Ladders about his dad but frankly I don’t have a shit about Ladders himself because I had an enough. I do feel sorry for his dad and he must be ashamed of his son.

Today marks 5 years since my mum's passing.

Had a breakfast with Dad then went to the crematorium near Lichfield and it was where mum's funeral was held.

Then we had a few beers in the local.

Blimey 5 years. That’s gone quick. How much of my life have I wasted on here.

There is zero chance of FGR v Oldham being an opening day fixture. FGR pitch is being relaid and behind schedule. The club themselves have said that earliest it will be ready is 24th August and have requested opening fixture(s) to be away.

24th is very optimistic as it hasn't been planted yet. My lawn is barely growing this summer, I think I've only mowed it 3 times.

Me and Meerkat have rucks over politics on here all the time but it was a very different conversation when he spoke of losing someone close.
