From a selfish perspective I’d like Scunny out the way as they gob bummed us twice this season.

Solihull vs Halifax attendance tonight was 1800, probably only just over 1000 were home fans.
Cancel Saturday due to lack of interest and give us the bye. 24-04-2024, 10:05 PM in response to #42941
Jeez, they got 2,800 on Saturday for a dead rubber against us, where 1,150 were from YCFC.
They had a 'mob' of about 30 kids who were acting tough and all must have been about 15-16 year olds. Some YCFC appear to have trolled them into thinking there was a big 'off' near the bus stop then just fucked off back to the station, leaving the boyz crestfallen. 24-04-2024, 10:14 PM in response to #42948 Shy Taz Effer (YCFC) Wrote: Jeez, they got 2,800 on Saturday for a dead rubber against us, where 1,150 were from YCFC. Oh lord. I experienced those same gobshites on the top deck of the bus back to the station. Proper little shits. They wanted a reaction so badly the journey ended with them falsely accusing one of our fans of touching up a teen girl and getting the police involved. 24-04-2024, 10:19 PM in response to #42946 ChrisVessey Wrote: On the contrary, the near 2,000 fans they brought to the Nest at Christmas brought in over £30k and paid a lot of the bills and wages for the rest of the season, so come on Boston! They'll be strapped next season whatever league they're in so they might struggle a little. Probably the biggest numbers they've ever brought to Edgar Street this season and that was only 250 or so (though they did stuff us). 24-04-2024, 10:22 PM in response to #42950
Chorley win on pens so it’s them against Peter Brackley in the other NLN semi.

If Brackley fail then it’s up for grabs, could be FGR or Oldham! Already looking for excuses not to show up. A real fan would be happy with back-to-back promotions |
