Do you notice a pattern?
Aside from going to the Olympics and the Maldives, I plan to find you a job. The benefit system wasn’t designed so you could sit in the pub all day. 14-06-2024, 08:50 AM (This post was last modified: 14-06-2024, 08:50 AM by Auntie Merge.) in response to #41940
How is everyone's close season project going? We're about halfway with 8 weeks left to first league game.
1. I'm at halfway point - 1 stone lost, 1 stone to go. 3.5 inches lost off my waist 2. Nah. Nothing doing yet. I'll find momentum when my brain has a rest. Anyone else? 14-06-2024, 09:47 AM in response to #53430 Auntie Merge Wrote: How is everyone's close season project going? We're about halfway with 8 weeks left to first league game. I was dreading you bringing this thread back up. I have failed. My goal has been postponed. New target date is the end of July. Just too lazy and full of beer. I'll get there in the end! 14-06-2024, 09:55 AM in response to #53443 Bullsgold Wrote: I was dreading you bringing this thread back up. There’s no such thing as failure, only reset goals. Enjoy the beer; life is for living. i’m planning on having my first piece of cake for 4 weeks today. 14-06-2024, 10:04 AM in response to #53430 Auntie Merge Wrote: How is everyone's close season project going? We're about halfway with 8 weeks left to first league game. It has been shit so far. My great nephew rushed to hospital for emergency operation (Tonsillitis) and my BiL will also have a hernia operation and he ruptured it by playing golf over 3 days. However I have been walking a lot more now and my jean bit more looser now. No longer drinking madly in the afternoons (limited to Saturdays) and have cut down late night snacks. Started drinking sugar free pops since last year and cut down dairy drinks/food (I am not lactose intolerance but just wanted feel bit healthier) Oh gave up smoking as well (4 years 3 months now) 14-06-2024, 11:53 AM in response to #42160
I started my WEIGHT LOSS AND BODY TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY on 28th Feb. I have gone from 15st 7lb to 13st 10lb to date, so nearly 2 stone, and toned up with some weight work. Still have a good stone to go at least, but I did some of those really homosexual before pics in Feb and did some updated ones yesterday, wow I am looking sexy. Face, arse and gut have reduced a lot, but we still go again in the search of more gainz.

I think my problem is that last time I did something similar I found it so astonishingly easy that now it doesn't even seem like a challenge. Which of course it actually is. I just like drinking beer and eating crisps. It's a really nice thing to do. Just need to start jogging about like a twat and it'll all get going, I suppose. 14-06-2024, 01:19 PM in response to #53478 Shanghai Wrote: I started my WEIGHT LOSS AND BODY TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY on 28th Feb. Sadly, I'm back around 13st 5lbs. Looking to start again in August. Do you feel much better for doing it? (And we'll done btw) |
