Aye, the somebody, but I've not looked deeply at the evidence she was convicted on, from what I have seen she's guilty, and if not her someone, but the 'excess' deaths have stopped where she worked and there's no other suspect who was present around each death or 'mishap' so do feel her guilt is proven, in my opinion there'll be mental health conditions lurking under the surface, the hospital management were collectively weak and harm could have been prevented sooner with stronger management.
In my own experience of the law it'd be rare these days for an innocent person to stand before the beak to ask for a Crown court trial.
