I've lost 2kg this year and am trying to get it back, I think 3.5 years cycling is the issue but then my pituitary gland won't produce growth hormone at my age so I dunno, the embalmer thought I was 45 and I can get away with saying 50.
Still can manage 3 x 60 crunches a day tho but for how much longer I dunno as my gym warm ups are taking from my training routine and I'm less strong than I was a year ago.
Sands of time innit but I don't like it much.
