"Unsustainably high immigration" - the clue is sort of in the name. It would be a level of immigration above that which causes negative consequences for the country and the people that live in it.
I’ve always found it a pretty nebulous concept.
Immigration as a stand alone figure without context doesn’t mean a lot/isn’t very relevant IMO.
Immigrants are just people, just a selection of the population. That’s why it baffles me that people get so het up about “immigrants”, why delineate them?
