Huh? I've a couple of those in a draw, good for cycling as they're slower sugars, they used to be a recommended hypo treatment but the chocolate fats slow carb absorption down so they recommended Lucozade till they took the simple fast sugars out of it.
I can manage a moderate slice of Vienetta too, it's a desert so the food I ate before it slows the sugars absorption down enough for the insulin to metabolise, a cream cake? Yeah no bother as a desert and I add units for it, I don't often as I like to eat mostly healthily and don't have a sweet tooth, I do use Kit Kats etc as a carb boost between meals if needed.
