You have to assume that anyone with serious assets uses an accountant, who therefore makes the whole exercise redundant. It's almost like the Green party's policy is bollocks and won't work.
Everyone who has serious income has an accountant but I don’t think it makes income self assessment redundant.
You may think that it’s bollocks (and it may be) but I don’t think you’ve offered a reason why it will be bollocks.
Taxing assets is hard. But no harder than taxing income as far as I can see.
