'Foot on the floor syndrome' they call it and it differs to the 'dawn phenomenon' which is a blood rise as you wake, never mind as I'll be eating shortly as it's starting to fall like a stone ready for the food to catch it and hold it, or spike up high to wind me up some more.
Some days :/
And some days that doesn't even happen, some days one needs to be out earlier, one jabs and ones jab starts working in a couple of minutes causing one to scrabble some, but this is why I favour part time work as it takes me 2 hours plus to get out of the door on a morning.
Or my musings with a cuppa before heading out into that big world, one attribute that makes me jealous is the ability of someone to get up, drink coffee and shower before heading to work, eating later when convenient and other such deviant tricks.
Enjoy your day
