I don’t agree.
Besides those few clubs spunking £££millions, there were about twelve clubs facing relegation with a week to spare and another dozen who were only a few wins short of the playoffs too.
To me that points to a strong league rather than a weak one.
The standard has risen, as can be seen (I think so anyway) by the relegation spots this time.
FGR and Sutton not being behemoths (but not openly being basket cases either) suggests the bucket of rats fighting eachother to escape just got a bit tougher 🤷♂️
