Who are these people? As you might expect, I know a lot of people over 60 and hardly any of them even partially fit this description. It's a myth.
I get your point, my stats were indicative. The 12 million or so over 65s now, are very likely to have a similar political make-up to those who were over 65 , 8 years ago. That's where the Tories are mining for votes.
