I've very quickly skimmed it, it seems a bit more complex than what was released to the public over here. Will read in more detail after but a few things stood out. It says one baby who was born at 27 weeks was transferred to a specialist hospital, then transferred back 4 days later. This seems odd - our twins were born at 24 weeks and kept in the specialist hospital for 5 months before being transferred back to a 'normal' hospital. It seems odd that 27-weeker was transferred back after just 4 days. Can't see a reason why this would be the case. Our experience is also that nurses has limited power to really do things, doctors give the orders in the morning and they are followed and documented throughout the day, and reviewed every 12 hours or so by a head nurse or doctor. If she did do the crimes then she would have had to have had very little supervision, which seems to have been the case.
'Interesting' stuff, will read more later.
