I don't see things changing in that respect even with a change of government, and I bet if they do do some form of job placements I'll be ineligible.
Very few jobs are gainful and productive. Well, I suppose everything produces something in one way or another but most of it is pretty pointless.
If they really wanted to sort this all out then they just need to invest in Green Infrastructure, green energy, public transport and health care.
Just give everyone highly discounted (or free) access to education in these areas and create enormous national projects.
Solid and financially-worthy apprenticeships, free university access courses, partially funded university courses, tenancy deposit loans so people can relocate. That sort of thing.
Nothing is going to change unless someone does something massive.
