Well. There is no technology to change one’s sex so that’s a hypothetical.
But, to indulge the hypothetical, if one could change sex then maybe it would be appropriate to change their classification to ‘man’ from ‘woman’ or vice versa.
But if this definition is being used for inclusion in female safe spaces or female sport then it could still be appropriate to exclude some sex-changed women from those things/places.
