Unless there's someone on this forum who is in that situation, I'm thinking that it is one of those topics that we are not really qualified to opine on meaningfully.
That is not 'personal abuse'. However, I'm sorry if I have triggered you yet again.
It should be noted that a great many men in this position are not suffering from gender dysphoria at all, but autogynephilia, meaning they're sexually aroused by the though of themselves as a woman.
