A lot more than 30 goals, Tolaj had 25 (all comps) on his own. Stokes was over 20 as well.
Best of luck to both of them. Replacements will be hard to come by. 29-06-2024, 01:56 PM in response to #57214
Lewis Simper from Cambridge.
Harry Ransom from Crawley. Jack Wadham from Bournemouth (academy), loan at Worthing last season. Our side is going to be incredibly young. Outgoing - Goodliffe sold to Colchester. Decent player but think we’ll be playing a much different style. 29-06-2024, 02:34 PM in response to #56512 JaredSUFC Wrote: York fans, Will Davies, is he any good? He's OK. Didn't settle at YCFC. The trouble for us was that he was 'neither, nor'. Neither a lead striker coming up with the goals, nor a no.10 that played off our main man, Big Dipper. He started well with a few goals, but then went off form, and then when he came back he never really looked like he was going to get enough goals - and subsequently started to deteriorate into diving for penalties and free kicks and niggling opponents, which grated with our management and supporters who expected more. Nobody was surprised he went early. He's probably more of a no.10 [getting 10 goals a season] than a no.9 [getting 20 goals a season] sort of striker. 04-07-2024, 07:35 PM in response to #56523 Barnet Ben Wrote: Southampton make an official approach for Ronnie Edwards. Posh want £10m. If it happens we are pissing this tinpot league with the 50% sell on clause. "Helped Peterborough win the EFL Cup, beating Bristol City at Wembley". Bristol City haven't even entered the EFL Cup for 10 seasons due to playing in the Championship. It wasn't even Bristol Rovers they beat either! |
