Even 4 hours 30 sounds insane. I don't know how you do it.
I don’t know how I do it either.
But it’s a hangover from Post Concussion Syndrome and my migraine (pressure pains in my head cause me to wake up).
But now I’m sometimes getting 6 hours, I can really feel the difference- particularly in being far more productive and not craving carbs when I’ve had 6 hours.
I’m continuing to work on sleep and prioritised it over many other things. I know the reason I’m so overweight at the moment is down to lack of sleep. i also know it is about retraining my body to sleep properly.
