I always do a close season project. Mostly it is focussing on my fitness.
Does anyone else do the same or do you want to set some goals (excuse the pun)?
So between leaving my seat at the Daggers on Saturday and sitting on it again at the first home league game in August, I aim to
1. Have lost 2stone in weight, or be very close to it.
2. Have finished writing my book (around 9000 words to go)
This will be challenging as one requires me to be up, moving and exercising and the other involves me sitting on my backside. I do have a desk bike but haven’t used it much.
Anyone else?
