Any sign of Parmenter fucking off?

Was stood on that open terrace thing near the bar and couldn't see anything to warrant a penalty tbh. Loved his no nonsense take on time wasting. At least 4 bookings. Accidentally stumbled across Brennan's half time team talk as they left the changing room window open lol. He went fucking ballistic. Makes the Dorking bloke sound like Mother Theresa. Recorded it but not sure whether to post it publicly in case it goes viral. And it worked in getting the point so... 06-04-2024, 05:33 PM in response to #40000 06-04-2024, 05:35 PM (This post was last modified: 06-04-2024, 06:13 PM by Marked Ox.) in response to #39999
Beat Burton 4-0 away back in to the last play off spot. Still not confident as our next 3 games are Peterborough, Lincoln and Stevenage. Today and Fleetwood were the sort of game we should be winning as well if we are going to make the play offs but two 4-0s is very welcome.
Edit: Doesn't help that we had 3 key players (Cam Brannagan, Elliott Moore and Mark Harris) go off injured today, hopefully they recover with a free midweek. DesBall is old school football, defensive fullbacks and wingers going all out attacking. Josh Murphy's recent form may finally be justifying Karl Robinson calling him "the best player in L1". 06-04-2024, 05:36 PM in response to #39999

Thank you. Took my kids today, on the way home now in a train full of Oxford fans babbling about fried bread. A wonderful year for this club. 06-04-2024, 05:44 PM (This post was last modified: 06-04-2024, 05:45 PM by Marked Ox.) in response to #39989 Auntie Merge Wrote: I’m afraid that in today’s society I find this attitude rather a negative bullying one. Is Staffy's down to a financial decision though as he always seems to be in the pub on a matchday? It is his choice what he does obviously (and fair enough if he wants Ales instead) but if he really wanted to go it would only be a few pints of Ale sacrificed. 06-04-2024, 05:51 PM in response to #40005 Barnet Ben Wrote: Was stood on that open terrace thing near the bar and couldn't see anything to warrant a penalty tbh. That's known as the Shelf. There's a post-match interview with Harry Pritchard on social media during which he says the ball hit our defender's head, not his hand. I've overheard many a sweary half-time interview, at York Road over the years, while swapping ends during the interval. Dev certainly doesn't hold back! 06-04-2024, 05:52 PM (This post was last modified: 06-04-2024, 05:52 PM by Barnet Ben.) in response to #40013 Marked Ox Wrote: Is Staffy's down to a financial decision though as he always seems to be in the pub on a matchday?
