Sweet fa at the moment but think I’ll have roast bacon & Philly cheese when I get home, it’s what time that is tho as I’m starving but don’t want to inject and eat then cycle but if I go to the gym on my way home I’ll be too late for a lunch jab.

Had a Danish pastry (rhubarb & custard) and a mug of coffee for my elevenses.

Had a nice roast - Turkey and Beef in the Toby Carvery just along the road from Wellings ground. Would have liked a beer with it but was driving. Made a great change not to cook.

Home made pasta bake.
